My name is Heather Ludwig. I graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2017 with my bachelor's degree in early childhood education. I taught fourth grade at Shirley Elementary from 2017-2019. I began teaching at Oakland in 2019.  I am honored to have the privilege to teach first grade. Teaching is a lifelong dream of mine. I am looking forward to working with the bright, young minds of the next generation.


My name is Amy McGahee. I have been in education since the year 2000.  My career with the Russellville School District began in 2013 and my journey includes classroom paraprofessional, preschool teacher, onsite preschool director, kindergarten, and second grade teacher.  I have a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree. I have three children and I look forward to meeting yours!

I am Jaylin Sutterfield, and I am so excited to be teaching at Oakland Heights. I have taught first and second grade. I grew up in Russellville and graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a bachelor's in early childhood education. I love spending my free time being outdoors, enjoying my family's company, and reading. 


My name is Susan Wilson. I graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a degree in elementary education in 1996. I started teaching at Oakland in August of 2000. While at Oakland, I have taught kindergarten, first, and second grades. I have also been an interventionist and the instructional facilitator. I have my ESL certificate, and I am a National Board Certified Teacher.
